Terms of Service

By signing in to Our Meals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use the service to distribute spam or malware
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service at scale
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

You retain ownership of all recipes and content you create. By submitting content to Our Meals, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content to other users of the service in accordance with your chosen visibility settings (personal, household, or public).

If you delete your account, your personal data (email address, usage history, meal plans, shopping lists, and preferences) will be permanently erased. Your recipes will not be deleted — they will be transferred to a system community account and attributed to “Community” so that households you shared with are not disrupted.

By creating recipes on Our Meals you explicitly consent to this attribution policy. If you wish to delete your recipes before deleting your account, please do so in the Recipes section before requesting account deletion.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law without notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions (where available) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
